This is an all in one Package for the Director who wants COMPLETE maintenance for her site.  I will provide the following..

• All company events and promotions
• Unlimited Unit/Area Events and Challenges Uploaded Each Month.
• Special Recognition Tab updated at the beginning of each month
• Star Consultant tracking on the homepage (updated weekly)
• Unlimited photos added to the Photo Gallery
• Access To THE HOLIDAY LINK!! (This is your Holiday Resource)
• Custom Color Scheme/design update for your homepage.
• Production and New Consultant Tracker on homepage (updated weekly)
• Unlimited UNIT/AREA promotions added to homepage
• 1 Maintenance Day EACH WEEK!!!  (this is an AMAZING deal)

**Each site is given 1 "site maintenance day" each week. 
Your site will be updated on this day only.  This way we both know when to expect your changes to take place, AND your site will always be kept current.  :)  **

This Package is custom tailored to fit your area.  All of the above site features are included in addition to recognition for YOUR Directors and entire area!

Set Up Fee- $100.00 One Time

There is a ONE TIME $100.00 set up fee for ALL sites.  The initial set up fee covers the time taken to clean up your current site, (or completely build a new one) and make the design switch for easy maintenance in the future.

 

** Your First Payment Includes The One Time Set Up Fee AND Your

First Month Of Maintenance for an initial charge of $150.00**

 

Late Fees- $10.00

If for any reason the card I have on file for you is declined, I will send you an e-mail letting you know. (I understand that sometimes things happen)

**As long as you get back with me the SAME WEEK with a new card number, there will not be a Late fee charged**  If I do not hear back from you there will be a $10 late fee added to your monthly charge.  If you are more than 15 days late on your payment, my services will be canceled.

Your Initial payment includes your first month of maintenance as well as your set up fee.  Your first deduction will be $150.00.

 

• Payments are deducted from your choice of a debit or credit card each month.  (I process all cards through Propay)
• You may NOT have any other site maintainers designs, graphics, or products on your site while I am your provider.  I maintain quality control through this standard. (in addition that is "technically stealing" and we don't want to do that!)
• I retain the right to cancel my services.
• You also retain the right the cancel my services I just ask for a 30 day notice of your intent to do so
• I access your reports through your InTouch Directors Screen, so I need your Intouch Consultant number and password to keep your site current.
