Set Up Fees -

• EXECUTIVE PACKAGE - There is a ONE TIME $75.00 set up fee.  The initial set up fee covers the time taken to clean up your current site, (or completely build a new one) and make the design switch for easy maintenance in the future.  ** Your First Payment Includes The One Time Set Up Fee AND Your First Month Of Maintenance for an initial charge of $140.00**

• ASSIST YOU PACKAGE - There is a ONE TIME $25.00 set up fee.  The initial fee covers the time taken to set up your site with our custom features for easy maintenance in the future.  Your current design/look will stay in place.

Late Fees- $10.00

If for any reason the card I have on file for you is declined, I will send you an e-mail letting you know. (I understand that sometimes things happen) **As long as you get back with me the SAME WEEK with a new card number, there will not be a Late fee charged**  If I do not hear back from you there will be a $10 late fee added to your monthly charge.  If you are more than 15 days late on your payment, my services will be canceled.

 

Odds And Ends- PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!

• Payments are deducted from your choice of a debit or credit card each month.  (I process all cards through Propay)
• I retain the right to cancel my services. You also retain the right the cancel my services I just ask for a 30 day notice of your intent to do so
• I access your reports through your InTouch Directors Screen, so I need your Intouch Consultant number and password to keep your site current.
